After a successful decade, Christophe Caucino partnered with the luxury hospitality group RIVIERA DINING GROUP in 2023 to breathe new life into the concept. BÂOLI draws inspiration from the spirit of Southeast Asia and the elegance of the South of France. This collaboration aims to bring a fresh and immersive design, an elevated culinary and mixology experience, and enhanced entertainment to BÂOLI.

Located on the iconic Collins Avenue, this establishment tantalises and entices guests with its restaurant, lounge, and club, which cater to their desires at any time of day.
